摘要
本文报告48例脑梗塞的脑电地形图(BEAM)、EEG所见及其中31例头颅CT检测结果。结果表明BEAM异常率(81.3%)高于常规EEG(56.2%)(P<0.01),和头颅CT(80.6%)基本一致(P>0.05)。但在发病后三天以内BEAM异常率(91.7%)明显高于CT(40%)。BEAM定位诊断的准确性(53.8%)高于EEG(14.8%)(P<0.01),逊于CT(100%)(P<0.01)。因此,BEAM对脑梗塞的早期诊断,病情转归,疗效观察,预后评价具有较高的实用价值。
This paper reported the result of BEAM and EEG of 48 patients with cerebral infarction and the result of brain CT scan of 31 cases. The abnormal rate that of BEAM was 81. 2%,and that of brain CT was 80. 6% (P>0. 05),but that of routine EEG was 56. 2% (p< 0. 01). However,within three days after the attack,the abnormal rate (91. 7%) of BEAM was apparently higher than that of CT scan (40%). The rate of topical diagnosis (53. 8%) of BEAM was higher than that of EEG (14. 8%)(P<0. 01) but was lower than that of CT (100%)(P< 0. 01). Therefore practical value of BEAM was relatively high in early diagnosis of cerebral infarction, recovery from illness,observation for curative effect and prognosis evaluation .
