摘要
79例脑内出血,按现通用之脑电图诊断标准,其异常率在发病15日内为93.3％,15日后为73.8％,两者相比,无显著差异(P>0.05)。然而,按阳性率两者各为86.6％与56.9％,两者阳性率有非常显著差异(P<0.01),因此,BEG的阳性标准适用于脑卒中病人。
The abnormal rate of 79 cases of cerebral nemorrnage aceoruing, to agnostic criteria of EEG was 93. 3% under 15 day of onset and 73. 8% over 15 day.The abnormal rate of EEG of both showed no significant difference (P>0. 05). However,the positive rate was 86. 6% in the former and 56. 9% in the later. The positive rate of EEG of both showed significant difference (P<0. 01).Thereby The positive criteria of EEG was adaptable in the cerebral stroke cases.
