摘要
本文详细介绍了对单片机控制的陀螺罗经控制系统中的CPU、RAM、E-PROM、A/D、D/A通道等进行故障自诊断的方法;分析确定了罗经中其它易出故障的关键部位及其进行故障诊断和报警的方法。以上故障诊断系统几乎没有增加硬件,只利用系统中原有硬件采用软件完成故障诊断的。文中还给出了具体的程序框图及说明。
A method of diagnosing faults of CPU,RAM,EPROM,A/D and D/A channels in the control system of gyrocompasses controlled by a single-chip- computer is introduced in this paper. The paper also analyses the other key parts in the gyrocompasses which fail easily, and deseribes methods of diagnosing fault of them. this fault diagnosing system uses mainly software for finishing fault diagnosis. The detail flowcharts which realize the above functions and therir explanation are also given.
