用有限元法分析动力调谐陀螺仪力矩器的磁场

摘要 在动力调谐陀螺仪中,特别是用于速率捷联系统中的陀螺仪,力矩器是一关键元件。在设计力矩器时,准确而有效地计算其磁场具有重要意义。本文针对该磁场的非线性与轴对称性的特点,研究了如何用有限元法计算磁场,并进行了必要的数学推导。针对一个具体的力矩器磁场,给出了计算结果;同时还对该力矩器的磁场进行了实测,对计算数据和实测数据进行比较,证明所应用的计算方法是准确有效的。另外本文还分析了结构几何参数对磁场的影响。 A torquer is an important component for a dynamically-tuned gy-ro, especially as it is used in rate-strap-down system. To the design of torquer it is of interest to calculate its magnetic field accurately and efficiently. Considering its nonlin-earity and axial symmetry, it studies how to calculate the magnetic field with finite ele-ment method, and some relevant mathematical deductions are made. For a torquer, the magnetic field is calculated and measured practically. By comparing the calculated data with the measured data, the method and program of calculation have been proved to be accurate and efficient. And then, the effect of structural geometry upon the magnetic field is analysed.
