摘要
应用微波技术消解食品样品,以石墨炉原于吸收法测定其Pb.Cr、Cd、Cu和Zn五种元素,探讨微波消解样品的各种技术参数,确定了几类食品的最佳微波消解条件为:加热功率250~500W,样品量1.0g,3ml浓HNO3,在25分钟内可以完全消解样品。标准样品和实验样品的检测结果的精确度,回收率良好。该方法在食品理化检验实验室中有推广应用价值。
This paper reported the results of testing five elements, Ph, Cr, Cd, Cu and Zn, in food sample by AAS which digested by microwave technique,The best condition of digestion for 1. 0g sample are (1) 3ml HNO3, (2)250~500W (the power of microwave), (3) 25 minutes (complete digestion. )The results were in agreement with that of reference materials by GFAAS.
