摘要
１９９２年调查广州铁路管辖区４５９名饮食服务人员人型支原体Ｍｈ和解脲支原体（Ｕｕ）的自然感染情况，结果Ｍｈ，Ｕｕ的抗体阳性率分别为１５．０３％和９．５９％；阳性率均以青壮年为主；Ｍｈ抗体阳性率女性高于男性；同时感染Ｍｈ和Ｕｕ者９人，其中男性３人，女性６人。
This paper reported mycoplasma homoinis (Mh) and ureaplasma ureaalyticum (Uu)natural infection state of 459 personnel engaged in food prodution and handling in Guangzhou railway group. The positive antibody rates of Mh and Uu were 15. 03% and 9. 59% respectively. The positive antibody rates of Mh among females was significantly higher than that ammong males (P<0.01 ).
