摘要
分别采间日疟(PV)患者、食蟹猴疟原虫(PC)感染恒河猴和伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠的原虫血制备的可溶性抗原,经SOS-PAGE,分离出8、4、5条主带,经8株McAb作蛋白印渍分析,结果MCAb91PV11—13仅与PV抗原上分子量为114KD和72KD的两种蛋白起反应,而91PC3—4能和PV抗原上153KD、147KD及PC抗原上149KD反应,91PC4—4能与PV抗原上72KD,PC抗原上74KD及人红细胞蛋白的80KD反应。表明91AV11—3是较为成功的McAb。
The result of analysis of soluble Antigens by SDS-PAGE were as follows:Antigens from Human cases infected with P.V.Rhesus monkeys with P.C. and mouse with P.b. were seperated into 8, 4 and 5 bands respectively. The result of analysis with 8 strains McAb by western-blot showed that McAb 91Pv11-13 only reacted with P.v.antigen with the protein molecular weight of 114KD and 72KD 91PC3-4 reacted with P.V.protein of 153KD and 147KD and P.C.of 149KD, and 91PC4-4 reacted with P.V.of 72KD P.C.74KD and human RBC Protein of 80KD.
