Some Linguistic Significance of the Neurophysiological Foundation

This paper attempts to argue for the linguistic significance of the neurobiophysical foundation. Within this neurophysiological framework,the internal language and the external language are defined and the internal linguistic mechanism discussed. The argument is strongly evidenced by the neurophysiological constraints on the language and then on the linguistic model. To account for the external language phenomena and the internal mechanismwhich produces them, the connectivism and the relational network model are proposed.
