摘要
本文认为国际企业不合理的定价策略、汇率的波动、各国经济周期的非同步性、关税差别待遇等等,都可以成为形成国际灰市场的原因;灰市场交易使生产商、经销商(跨国公司和其他出口企业)及其经销商每年损失数百亿美元利润。因此,本文提出随着越来越多的中国企业走向国际化,我国企业应当采取相应的对策来保护自己的正当利益。
International gray market can result from unreasonable enterprise pricingstrategies, exchange rate fluctuations, asynchronization of economic cycle in various countries, different customsduties, etc. Gray market transactions inflicf a loss of dozens of billiondollars on the manufecturers and the sales f.irms every year. As more and more Chinese enterprises have gone internationalized, China's enterprises should take necessary counter--measures to protect their own interests.
