摘要
为了克服应力腐蚀试验中传统的恒应变和恒载荷试验方法的不足,本文根据应力腐蚀开裂的本质,在3.5%NaCl水溶液中,采用先进的动态试验法——极慢速拉伸应力腐蚀试验,在多种试验条件下,对16MnR钢CT试样进行了应力腐蚀断裂机理分析及断口显微特征的探讨。试验结果表明:16MnR钢应力腐蚀断裂是材料、组织、位错、晶界、电化学、力学等因素相互作用的结果,其断裂机理为活性通道阳极溶解和氢脆混合机制。
To overcome the faults of traditional constant strain and load,we adopted themethod of dynamic test-slow tension SCC test and thoroughly analyzed the stress corro-sion cracking mechanism and micro-characterization of the fracture on 16MnR in 3. 5%NaCl solution. The mixed SCC mechanism of the anode dissolution and hydrogen brit-tleness was put forward in this paper.
