高吸水性树脂的分步法合成及讨论

摘要 采用水溶性引发剂,以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,淀粉和部分中和的丙烯酸(钠)、丙烯酰胺为原料,用分步法进行交联接枝。制得吸无离于水3000(g/g),吸0.9%NaCl水溶液140(g/g)的高吸水性树脂。讨论了分步法聚合反应机理及吸水性机理和后处理过程对树脂吸水性的影响。 Tacking starch,sodium acrylate partially neutralized and acrylamide,using water-soluble initiator, a ' supper absorbent resin' has been prepared by the stepwise method through cross graft polymerization. The absorption amount is 3000g/g deionized water and 140g/g of 0. 9 percent NaCl water solution, respectively. Not only the mechanism of polymerization by the stepwise method and those of water absorbtion, but also the effects of posttreatment on the water-absorbtion capability of resin are discussed.
