摘要
本文讨论了密封容器焊接、打磨、电弧气刨过程产生的焊尘中铁、镍、锰三种元素的测定方法,并对焊尘、打磨尘、电弧气刨尘进行了实测,结果令人满意。
A method for determining iron, nickle and mangan in welding dust is established in the paper. The instrument working parameters are optimized using simplex optimization. The sensitivity of iron, nickle and mangan under optimization condition are 0. 04μg/ml, 0. 04μuug/ml and 0. 02μug/ml,respectively,Linear range is 0. 1-10μg/ml,0. 01 - 2μug/ml and 0. 05-5μug/ml for iron,nickle and mangan. When the recovery 5≥92% ,the welding dust is determined successfully.
