摘要
建立了修正的下部钻具组合系统静力学模型,利用间隙元法对水平井转盘钻进和定向钻进中所用的各种钻具组合的接触变形进行了深入研究。根据迭代计算所得变井斜力和变方位力,对钻具组合的性能进行了评估,为选择最佳钻具组合、实现对水平井井眼轨道控制和预测提供了理论依据。
In the technology of horizontal drilling,it is important to analyze the characteristicsof bottom-hole assemblies (BHA's) for control and prediction of the hole trajectory.Therefore the modified mechanical model for the BHA system is presented. The me-chanics analysis of various BHA's was carried out by gap-element method for the rotaryand directional drilling in the horizontal well,and the characteristics of various BHA'swas evaluated according to the forces of inclination and azimuth at the drilling bit,which provides the important theory value for choosing optimal BHA and the controland prediction of the hole trajectory in horizontal well.
