摘要
本文根据甲皱微循环综合定量分析的加权积分法,对47例糖尿病患者的血糖、病程与甲皱微循环状态的相关性进行了研究。结果表明:患者血糖水平与甲皱微循环的血液流态学积分值之间呈显著正相关(r=0.81 p<0.001),而与管周状态及总积分值无显著相关性(r=-0.11,0.06,0.09 P值均>0.05);在血糖<10mmol/L和血糖为10~14mmol/L两组患者中,糖尿病病程与甲皱微循环总积分值之间的相关系数分别为0.09(P>0.05)和0.557(P<0.0025)。
By means of Tian s weighting integral method of comprehensive quantitative analysis forthe microcirculation of nail fold,we studied the correlation between the level of blood glucose and diseasecourse and microcirculation of left ring finger nail fold in the patients with diabetes. The results are as follows: (l)there is a marked positive correlation between the glucose in plasma and the integral value of micro-circulative blood slow state(r = 0.18,p<0. 001),but there is no correlation between the glucose in plasma and the blood flow velocity and the state around microvessels and total integral value of microcirculation (r =-0. 11,0. 06,0. 09,p>0. 05) )(2) In those patieuts who have a higher level of blood glucose (BG content are between 10mmol/L and 14mmol/L) .there is a positive correlation between the disease course and total intergral value of microcirculation(r=0. 557 p<0. 00025) ,but there is no correlation between the same two indexes in the patients whose blood glucose content are less than 10mmol/L(r=0. 09,p>0. 05. )
