三宝泰的药效学实验研究

三宝泰主药为人工菌丝体。实验表明它能显著延长小鼠爬绳时间及耐缺氧存活时间,提高小鼠的碳粒廓清速率及环磷酰胺处理的小鼠的胸腺指数、脾指数,但对WBC无显著影响;对CCl_4中毒性肝损伤小鼠有显著的保护作用;并显著提高辐射后小鼠的白细胞数。
