原因不明蛛网膜下腔出血37例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 37 Cases of SAH Without Apparent Cause

本文收集了1979～1989年收治的蛛网膜下腔出血563例,其中不明原因的蛛网膜下腔出血37例,平均年龄49.6岁。均有典型的蛛网膜下腔出血的临床表现,但经多次多种检查及全脑血管造影均未找到出血灶。临床治疗四周后未发生1例再出血。本组病例随访时间平均33.5个月,随访结果良好,能生活自理和恢复工作的占84％。本文对全脑血管造影仍不能查明出血原因的机制进行了分析。

We gathered the data on 563 patients with SAH admitted for the treatment from 1979 to 1989. Of them, no apparent cause could be found in 37. The average age of the 37 patients with typical clinical menifestations was 49. 6. The hemorrhggic focus couldn't be found though variors examinations were made many times and panangiograph performed. No rebleeding developed after they were treated for 4 weeks. The mean time of the follow-up was 33. 5 months and the prognosis was usually favourable. 84% of the patients could take care of themselves and return to duty.
