食管—胃一层吻合11例临床探讨

Clinical Analysis of Whole Layer Esopshagogastroanastomosis (Report of Ⅱ Cases)

消化道的吻合法以往多用二、三层吻合法,本文参照近年来一些报道,将一层吻合法应用于食管、贲门癌的手术中,效果良好。作者认为一层吻合法操作简单,避免了多层吻合的并发症。

Multilayer anastomosis of digestive tract was widely used in the past. According to some reports in recent years, we applied whote layer anastomosis to the operations of esophagus and cardiac cancer, and it has a good effect. We suggest that whole layer anastomosis is simple and the complicatios of multilayer anastomosis can be avoided.
