THE ZEN TASTE IN THE POEMS OF THE TANG DYNASTY

唐代是众体兼备的诗的王国，不论是古体、律诗、绝句；不论是史诗、叙事诗、抒情诗；也不论是现实主义的还是浪漫主义的，都留下不朽的诗篇。以山水田园诗为主的禅趣诗虽不在唐诗中占主导地位，但它以精深的哲理和淡泊洒脱的风格，形成独特的艺术魅力，给人以悠远、恬淡、清新的感受，并给以后的诗和诗学留下较大的影响。

Various eternal pare of different types were composed in the Tang Dynastr, such as guti-poems with a pre-Tang form,Lu shi--poerns with eight lines and a strict total pattern and rhyme,epics,narrative poems and lyrics.Some of these poems are realistic and some are romantic .The Zen poems mainly describing mountains,water and lyrics.Some of cupy the principal place in all the poerns of the Tang Dynasty. They, with a style of philosophical profundity and gracegul aloofness,have a unique artistic charm.They provide readers with a feeling of remoteness,tranquility and freshness and exercisea significant influence upon later poem writing and poem studying.
