摘要
巨额财产来源不明罪是１９８１年７月１０日施行《中华人民共和国刑法》以后增设的罪名。增设新的罪名无论在司法理论上还是在司法实践中都有许多问题值得讨论。这种探讨是有利于社会主义法学理论的发展和执法水平的提高的。
The crime of unidentfiable enormors property was recognised and added to the Penal Law of the P.R C, winch was implemented on July 10,1981.The addition of a new crime deserves the discussion of many relevant questions in terms of both the judicial theory and its practice. The investigation of this kind is beneficial to the development of socialist legal theory and the improvement of the standard for the execution of law.
