收养国与原住国合作机制的新发展──1993年海牙《跨国收养方面保护儿童及合作公约》述评

THE NEW DEVELOPMENT OF THE MECHANISM FOR IF COOPERATION BETWEEN THE ADOPTER 'S COUNTRY AND THE ADOPTER'S ONE

《跨国收养方面保护儿童及合作公约》建立了收养国与原住国合作的新机制。中国参加了公约的制定并在最后文件上签了字。为了使我国的涉外收养更加符合被收养儿童的最佳利益，我们应该考虑中国批准该公约，使我国跨国收养工作规范化，以便在公约的基础上与他国进行国际合作。

The tasty for the protection of children and cooperation in terms of transnational adoption has established a new mechanism for the cooperation between the adopter's country and the adoptee's one China participated in the formulation of this treaty and signed its name to the document.In order for our country's transnational adoption to confirm more to the best interest of the adopted children, we should consider the approval of this treaty so as to standardize the work of adopting cross-national children and cooperate well with the adoptee's native country on the basis of this treaty.
