摘要
In eastern China, Qingdao is an important coastal opening city and a hub of the economy. Since 1992 the city government has planned a programme to develop Qingdao into a modern international city focussed on an industrial park, three districts and three strips projects. Under a concerted effort the city’s economic construction and opening up has shown vibrant prospects for development.
