The Heilongjiang Forestry Economic and Trade Corporation is a trade enterprise under the jurisdiction of Heilongjiang Forestry Administration, and a window of foreign trade and economic and technical cooperation for the forestry industry sector of the province. The administration has four forestry management departments in Yichun, Mudanjiang, Songhuajiang and Hejiang. Under their control are 40 forestry divisions, 15 wood working plants
