The Heilongjiang Provincial Light Industry Import and Export Corporation is a specialized foreign trade corporation set up four decades ago. It consists of 27 departments and has subsidiaries in Dalian, Qinghuangdao, Shenzhen and Hainan Province. It has overseas enterprises in the USA, Canada, CIS, Romania and elsewhere.
