Incandescent light consists of 10 percent visible light and 90 percent infrared ray that gives out heat. Now modern luminescence lamps made of halogydrin tungsten and a cold-light mirror separate the light with heat. Containing neither infrared ray nor ultraviolet light, these lamps are small, durable and three times more powerful than other lamps of the same wattage.
