Of the three famous mountains in Lanzhou in Gansu province, Mount Five-Springs (Wu Quan Shah) with so many mysterious legends is the most enchanting. Located north of Mount Gaolanshan and 1600 metres above sea level, Mount Five Springs is wellknown for its Ganlu, Taoyue, Moxi, Meng and Hui springs.
