Chinese Vice Minister Yu Xiaosong on Medium-to-Large State-owned Enterprises' Foreign Economic and Technological Cooperation

In mid-October 1993, a conference on China’s medium-to-large State-owned enterprises’ foreign economic andtechnological cooperation was held in the Shenzhen SEZ. In an interview after the conference, Vice Minister Yu Xiaosong of the State Economic and Trade Commission noted that, after more than 40 years, China’s medium-to-large State-
