摘要
The effects of hydrogenation before nitrogenization of Sm2Fe17 alloy on structure and magnetic properties of Sm2Fe17Nx powder are studied in this paper. The unit cell volume of Sm2Fe17 increases by about 3.6% and many cracks occur in Sm2Fe17 particles during the process of hydrogenation. The Sm2Fe17Nx powder treated by hydrogenation then nitrogenization has the higher content of N and the better intrinsic and technological magnetic properties than that treated by nitrogenization directly.
