摘要
同步检测30名慢性乙肝患者和15名正常成人的外周血淋巴细胞转化（LTT）率和白细胞介素2（IL2）活性水平，结果显示慢性乙肝患者的LTT和IL2均较正常人降低，分别是80．57±22．43和107．90±42．14及2．48±0．63和3．438±0．64（P＜0．05）。慢性乙肝患者LTT和IL2之间呈正相关系r＝0．66，P＜0．01，而正常对照组两者的相关关系无显著性。
30 patients with chronic hepatitis B(CH) and 15 normal persons'LTT and IL2 were detected at the same time . Compare with the nomal control the results showed that LTT and IL2 wer 80.57±22.43 and 107.90±42.14, 2.48±0.63 and 3.43±0.64 respectively . These suggerted that LTT and IL2 in CH patients were lower than those in normals persons. (P<0.05). LTT and IL2 in CH had high significant correlation. r=0.66, P<0.01. But there was no significant correlation in normal persons.
