周围性面神经麻痹的脑诱发电位初步研究

The Preliminary Study on Brain Evoked Potertials in Peripheral Facial Palsy

本文对96例周围性面神经麻痹患者进行了脑干听觉诱发电位（BAEP）检查，53例三叉神经诱发电位（tSEP）检查，6例作视觉诱发电位（VEP）检查，其异常率分别为23．9％、43．4％、0％。本文发现周围性面神经麻痹患者有临床下诱发电位改变，同时对其异常的原因作了初步分析，至于周围性面神经麻痹患者远期病情发展及脑诱发电位改变的规律如何尚待进一步追踪观察。

Ninety-six patients with peripheral facial pasly were examined with brain-stem auditory evoked potentials(BAEP) in 96 cases trigeminal somatosensory evoked potentials(tSEP) in 53 cases and visual evoked potentials (VEP) in 6 cases. The abnormal rate was 23.9%、 43.4% and 0% respectively. We found that there wer subeinical Changes of brain evoked potentials(BEPs) in peripheral facial palsy and the causes of abnormality in BEPS were discussed. The significance of changes of BEPs and its comee needs further study.
