摘要
脐带过短是产科临床上脐带异常的一种，通过对近5年54例脐带过短病例的分析研究，目的为探讨脐带过短对分娩与新生儿的影响，结果显示：1．脐带过短病例在产前亦伴有胎儿宫内窘迫发生；2．脐带过短对产程进展有影响。P＜0．01；3．脐带过短与羊水过少的发生有关系。P＜0．01。
Short umbilical cord is one of the abnormal umbilical cords in obstetric clinic.54 cases with short umbilical cords have been researched for nearly five years to study their influence on labor and neoratorum. It is sugested:1. The fetal distress caused by short umbilical cord happens before labor.2. There is some influence of short umbilical cord on labor course, P<0.013. There is relation between short umbilical cord and oligoamnior, P <0.01
