摘要
本文报告14例周围性面神经麻痹的脑脊液细胞学检查结果，异常13例，占92．9％，其中刺激性淋巴细胞出现率为100％，激活型单核样细胞出现率为61．5％，但白细胞计数超过正常者仅28．6％。对脑脊液细胞学（cerebrospinalfluidcytology；C．S．F．C．）改 变与病因、病变部位、腰穿时间的关系作了初步探讨。
The C. S. F. cytological examinations in 14 patients with peripheral facial palsy were performed. Results showed that 13 patients (92. 9%) are abnormal. Among them, stimulated lymphocyteswere seen in 13 patients (100%) and activated monocytoid cells were seen in 8 patients (61. 5%). But only 4 patients (28. 6%) were abnorrnal in white cells count. The relations between C. S. F. cytological alterations and pathogensis, locations of lesion and time of lumbar puncture were discussed.
