摘要
原发性胃恶性淋巴瘤发生率低，术前较难明确诊断。本文报告12例，半数病人术前得到明确诊断，经过手术和化疗综合治疗。
The incidence of primary tnalignant gastric lymphoma is lower and the preoperative diagnosis is difficult to be established. This paper report 12 cases, in half of them the diagnosis had been confirmed before operation. After surgery and chemotherapy, 6 patiemts survived for more than 5 years.
