射频热凝术治疗三叉神经痛的经验与教训

摘要 射频热凝术治疗,三叉神经痛是一种安全、快速、疗效满意的治疗手段。关键在于穿刺针能否准确刺入三叉神经池内,入针深度不宜超过7.5cm,过深会损伤其它颅内神经,如外展神经,动眼神经引起相对合并症。电凝温度以75℃~80℃,时间为6~10分钟为宜。 It is concluded that radio frequency electrocoagulative technique for trigendnal neuralgia is a therapy of safety, promptitute, and satisfactory curative-effect. The key lies in cisternal puncdture. The needle should puncture accurately into the trigeminla cisterna and depth of the pucture should not exceed 7. 5cm, Because the exceeding depth of puncture can damage other cranial nerves, such as the sixth nerve and the third nerve, Thus this can lead to relative complications The suitable temperature of electrocoagulation is 75℃ -80℃ and the time is 6-10 minutes.
