摘要
根据梯形齿同步带带轮的展成法加工原理和XXH型同步带传动的研究实践,认为国家标准中给定的渐开线齿廓刀具角α=20°应做适当的修改,并提出了具体的修改建议。
The generating tools angle of trapezoidal tooth pulleys of synchronous belts is stud-ied here. Based on the machining principle of generating method and experimental inves-tigation of XXH type synchronous belt drive we consider that the involute tooth generat-ing tools angle α=20°given by national standard must be amended, and so we makesome proposals to it.
