摘要
本实验将中药“病毒克”按1％比例混入鸡饲料,然后测定加药组与不加药组体液免疫与细胞免疫功能指标。实验结果表明“病毒克”能够显著提高鸡血清中抗鸡新城疫抗体效价、r球蛋白含量(P<0.05)、淋巴细胞转化率(P<0.05)和E玫瑰花环形成率(P<0.01)。说明“病毒克”对鸡的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有显著的增强作用。
The aim of this study was to probe into the effects of Bing Du Ke on the immune function of chickens, by mixing Bing Du Ke into feed in proportion of 1% and then examining the index of immune function of chickens in test group in feed of which Bing Du Ke was mixed and chickens in control group in feed of which no Bing Du Ke was mixed respectively. The rcsults showed that Bing Du Ke could improve the titre of antibody to Newcastle disease virus and the quantity of γ-globulin in chickens serum (p<0.05). lymphocyte transformation rate (p<0.05) and formation rate of erythrocyte rosette (p<0.05) significantly. All these proved that Bing Du Ke could improve the cellular and humoral immnne function of chickens significantly.
