70例颈椎病的TCD研究

TRANSCRANIAL DOPPLER STUDIES IN 70 VERTEBRA DISEASE PATIENTS

目的:探讨颈椎病是否引起椎动脉(VA)的血液动力学异常。材料与方法:用TCD仪对70例颈椎病患者进行检查,指标:频谱、Vs、Vd、Vm、PI,与正常人组50人进行比较。结果:颈椎病组>40岁年龄组的指标与正常人相应年龄组差异显著(P<0.01～0.05),<40岁组无显著性差异(P>0.05),异常改变主要为单侧的VA,颈椎病组异常的VA通常有频谱的相应改变。结论:颈椎病患者TCD的改变一般为单侧的VA流速降低为主要特点。

Objective: Discuss whether the vertebra disease can cause hemodynamic abnormality of VA. Methods: Examination on 70 patients by TCD. Comparion with 50 normal persons on spectrum, Vs, Yd, Vm, PI. Results: Vertebra Disease group aged 40 and more bear distinct difference with their normal counterparts (p<0. 01 - 0. 05), group aged 40 and less bear no distinct difference (P>0. 05), abnomality changes on one side of VA, the abnormal VA of the disease group often bears spectrum change. Conculusion:Gererally speaking, the TCD change of vertebra disease patients is on one side of VA and is characteristic of slow bolld flow velocity.
