The clinical Value of the CT Scanning in the Patient with Spinal Column Fracture Accompaning Paraplegia

脊柱骨折合并截瘫50例采用CT扫描,能明确脊柱骨折、椎管狭窄、脊髓受压或损伤的程度,及时进行手术治疗,效果满意。并讨论了CT为手术提供的指征和CT扫描的适应证。

50 cases with spinal column fracture accompaning paraplegia were examined by CT. It could be clear about the degree of the spinal column fracture, spinal canal canstriction, spine cord compression or injury. The operative treatment could be carried on promptly, moreover, the result was satisfied. Meanwhile ,some questiones were discussed, such as: the operative adaptation provided by CT and the indication of the CT scanning.
