摘要
本文回顾了15例胆囊癌,分析了胆囊癌的CT形态学表现和增强特点及其在定性诊断中的价值。探讨了影响胆囊癌早期检出的因素,提出了提高其早期检出和准确估计病变范围的方法。
15 cases with gallbladder carcinoma were reviewed,Their CT morphology features,enhanced findings and the value of diagnosis were analyzed. Factors affecting early detection of gallbladder carcinoma were discussed. A method to increase early detection and evaluating extent of gallbladder lesion were suggested.
