肝细胞癌累及肝静脉下腔静脉和右心房内生长(附4例报告)

本文报告4例原发性肝细胞癌形成肝静脉、下腔静脉和右房瘤栓,血管造影表现为“条纹征”和“不对称哑铃征”,肝动脉和下腔静脉造影及心脏超声在观察原发性肝癌侵及肝静脉下腔静脉和右房内生长方面具有重要的作用。

The article reported 4 cases of HCC which had the HV and IVC tumor involvement with the RA tumor growthing. The tumor cast in the major HV Show ' thread and streaks'sign, the primary HCC focus-HV tumor cast -IVC or/and RA metastatic tumor consist of 'asymmetrical dumbbell' sign. (or'double pole'sign). The two signs are considered as the special angiographic manifestations. Celiac angiography and cavography and cardiac ultrosonography have important role in observing the changes peculiar to a tumor cast in HV and extending into IVC and RA
