Solitary Intracranial plasmacytoma (Report of 3 Cases)

颅内原发性孤立性浆细胞瘤较罕见。本文经手术病理证实的3例,CT显示肿瘤均为高密度均匀性强化,与脑膜瘤相似。现就其CT和脑血管造影上与脑膜瘤鉴别的困难性作一讨论。

Solitary intracanial extraskeletal plasmacytoma is a rare disease. CT scans of three cases reported here showed a high density mass with homogeneous enhancement resembling to meningioma. The difficulty in differentiating this tumor from meningioma was discussed.
