磁共振脑血管成像的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Cranial Magnetic Resonance Angiography(MRA)

本文对50例脑血管疾病患者的磁共振脑血管成像资料进行了分析。其中脑梗塞18例,脑AVM26例,脑动脉瘤6例。结果表明磁共振脑血管成像对脑AVM及脑动脉瘤具很高的诊断价值,特别是针对脑CT提示肿瘤而临床疑为脑血管病变的病例,头部MRA可作为进一步检查的首选。

The materials of MRA about 50 cases of cerebral vascular diseases were studied, inclding 18 cases of cerebaral infarts, 26 cases of cerebral AVMs and 6 cases of cerebral aneurysms. The results showed that MRA has high diagnostic value on cerebral a-neurysms and AVMs. MRA can be served as the first choice of further examinations on the patients with tumors demonstrated by CT scans but possiblely with cerebral vascular diseases in clinic.
