摘要
本研究采用免疫组化法对１００例腋淋巴结阴性（ＡＮＮ）乳腺癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因的过度表达及其与预后的关系进行回顾性分析。结果显示４２％的ＡＮＮ乳腺癌Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因过度表达，该癌基因的过度表达与患者年龄（Ｐ＞０．２５）、肿瘤大小（Ｐ＞０．１０）、核分级（Ｐ＞０．０５）、组织学分级（Ｐ＞０．２５）及组织学类型（Ｐ＞０．２５）无关，对ＡＮＮ乳腺癌１０年生存率无显著性影响（Ｐ＞０．１０）。提示Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２癌基因不宜作为ＡＮＮ乳腺癌的预后指标。

relationship between overexpression of C-erbB-2 oncogene and the
prognosis was analized retrospectively by immunohistochemistry in
100 patients with axillary nodenegative (ANN)breast cancer.C-erbB-2
overexpression was found in 42%ANN breast cancers and was not
associated with patient's age(P>0.25), tumor size (P>0.1,nuclear
grade (P>0.05), histological grade(P>0.25) and histological
type(P>25),Overexpression of C-erbB-2 did not show any impact upon
l0-year survival andshould not be considered as a prognostic factor
for ANN breast cancer.
