武威市胃癌遗传度的初步分析 被引量:4

摘要 采用病例对照配对调查方法,对甘肃省武威市80对胃癌及其对照作了分析研究,结果表明:少食油、肉,吃饭时生气,吃馊饭,饮酒频、量大,好生闷气,精神受刺激者,胃癌病例组显著多于对照组(X2>5.79;P<0.05).病例组一级亲属中胃癌发病率(4.58%)显著高于对照组(1.65%)(X2=8.50,P<0.01),胃癌遗传度为59.04%。说明武威市人群在受致癌外因作用的同时,有明显胃癌易感性及家族聚集性,遗传因素在胃癌病因中的作用应予足够重视。 u wei is one of the high-risk areas of gastric cancer(GC)in China.It’s standard mortality was737.5 Per million population during 1977-1981.A case- control study on GC with 80 matched pairs inWuwei was carried out in1993.The results showed that the patients suffering from GC, taking rottensteamed dumplings, drinking, often oppression, mental stimulated were significantly more than control (X2>5.78,P<0.05).458 ‰ incidence of GC in first sibling of case group was significantly higher than control group of 1.65‰(X2=8.50,P<0.01).GC heritability was 59.04‰. It showed that not only environmental factors play an important role in the etiology of GC in Wuwei, but also fentency of familial aggregation and easy to suffer from GC is evident. These results suggested that the role of genetic factors inthe etioloty of GC should not be ignored.
