乳房缺陷者的隆乳术

THE MASTOPLASTY FOR THE PATIENTS WITH BREAST ABSENCE

乳房缺陷影响女性的形体健美。为弥补这种缺陷，我们使用硅胶乳房整复体（人工乳房）进行隆乳术。１９９０年４月至１９９３年４月共施术２７例，４８只乳房，效果良好。本文对隆乳术的适应症、手术切口选择、安放人工乳房的位置等问题进行了讨论。

he breast deformity and absence could have deleterious effects on a womens self-image. For this reason,we did breastreconstruction and mastoplasty (artificial breast)using silicone implant.Total 27 casesof48 breasts have been finished in our institute from April 1990 to April 1993.All the results were satisfac tory. In this paper,we discussed the indications for Breast reconstruction or mastoplasty,the selection of skin incision and the suitable sites of silicone implant.
