辽河油区“三高”热油管道的优化运行

OPTIMIZATION OPERATION OF "THREE HIGH" HOT OIL PIPELINE IN LIAOHE OIL ZONE

通过对辽河油区的高含蜡、高凝固点、高粘度即简称“三高”原油管道加热输退现状的分析。从技术上提出了热油管道在安全性前提下进行优化运行的原则和方法,以降低输油能托,提高输油企业经济效益的日的。并对辽河油区“三高”原油的加热管道输送原油具有实际意义。

Through the analysis of the situation of heating transportation pipeline for high wax content, high pour point and high viscous oil in Liaohe oil zone, the principle and method of optimization operation of hot oil pipeline were raised technically under the premise of safety so as to reduce energy consumption and improve the economical benefit of oil transportation enterprises. The optimization operation plays practical role in heating pipeline transportation for 'three high' crude oil.
