摘要
总结了国内外叶绿素电化学研究的最新进展,比较了叶绿素在非水介质及水溶液中的电化学行为,特别是电还原的反应机理.为了进一步了解叶绿素在光合作用中的特殊生理功能,还对多种金属叶绿素的性质进行了比较研究.从中总结出叶绿素本身的4个特点,即不稳定性、易聚合性、高敏的光效应及适中的氧还电位.最后还讨论了稀土与叶绿素形成络合物的可能性.
The new developments of the electrochemical studies on chlorophylls were summarized in this review, and the electrochemical behaviors of chlorophylls in nonaqueous and aqueous solution were also compared, especially their electroreduced mechanism. In order to recognize the unique physiological roles of chlorophylls in photosynthesis,several properties of metallochlorophylls are compared and 4 natures of chlorophyll itself ,are summarized , i.e. instability, aggregation, high photo-effect and moderate redox potential. The possibility of forming complexes of rare earth with pheophytins was discussed in the end.
