本研究项目的任务，１９８９年由中石化总公司企管部下达，１９９０年在发展部立项，主要探讨石化企业管理现代化模式．研究是以石油化工生产技术特点对石化企业管理模式的影响为依据，以国内外有关管理模式的理论为指导，从总结石化企业及其管理的发展历程为出发点，探讨推行企业管理现代化前夕已形成的石化企业管理模式雏形，重点研究十几年来石化企业管理现代化的进程，及其对新管理模式的启示，围绕石化企业发展战略，论述在社会主义市场经济条件下，石化企业管理现代化模式的各主要侧面，提出总体管理框架，资源投入模式，产出营销模式，内部转换模式，它们又都是在产权组织模式基础上具体运行，最后用整体运行模式进行最终表述，作为２０００年时石化企业管理现代化的目标模式．本期所述是关于总体管理框架，产权组织模式和资源投入模式．

This work presented by Management Department of SINOPEC in 1989 and decided as a research project by Development Department of SINOPEC in 1990 the model of managerial modernization for petro--chermical firms. The aims at setting up based on the effects of the technological characteristics of petro-chemical production on the managerial modal of petro-chemical firms and taking relenent theory of managerial model domestic and abroad as a guide, discussed the primary form of managerial model for petro-chemical firms prior to the performing of managerial modernization of firms, and studied mainly the process of managerial moderization of petro-chemical firms in the past decade. As a result, some ideas for new managerial model,involving the developing strategy of petro-chemical firms and all the main aspects of model of managerial modernization for petro-chemical firms under the condition of socialist market economy were put forward constructing a generial frame of management, the input model of resources , marketing model of output and transform model within firms. They all operate according to ownership organization model and were illustrated finally with general operating model as the objective model of managerial modernization for petro-chemical firms in the year of 2000. The content introduced here is the generial frame of management, ownership organization model and input moded of resources.
