鉴于目前在一些高校供电管理上还不够完善，很多高校的用电功率因数比较低，并由此带来许多弊端．本文结合实际论述了高校供电中提高功率因数的必要性及提高功率因数的办法．

At present the power supply management in some colleges is imperfect and the power factor there is rather lower many disadvantagies have arisen out of this fact. This paper has discussed about the necessity of improvement power factor of power supply in colleges and how to improve power factor.
