颈部食管胃机械吻合的经验体会

Clinical Experiences of Cervical Esophago-gastrostomy Using Mechanical Suture

自１９９０年４月至１９９３年５月，我们应用上海产ＧＦ—Ⅰ型管状消化道吻合器行胃经食管床颈部食管胃吻合１５５例，效果满意，并发症：术后４小时死于心肌梗塞１例。吻合口瘘９例，吻合口狭窄５例。切口感染４例。本文对颈部食管胃机械吻合术的操作要点、注意事项、吻合口瘘的发生原因及预防措施进行了详细讨论。作者认为：应用管状消化道吻合器行颈部食管胃吻合术效果可靠，操作简便，值得推广应用。

rom April l990 to May l993,we used the stapler to perform esophago-gastrostomy on neck area for155 cases with esophageal carcinoma through the esophageal bed。The results were satisfactory。Complication:9 cases with anastomotic leakage,4 cases with anastomotic stricturse,4 casese with wounds infection;one patient died of mocardiac infarction within 4 hours after the oporatlon. The paper is to dlscuss the mainoperating points and attentions of cervical esophagogastrostomy using stapler, and the causes and preventivemeasures of anastomotic leakage. We believe that mechanic suture of cervical esophago-gastrostomy is reli-able and time-saving,and therefore should be widely used in clinical application.
