保存植物神经的直肠癌根治术（附100例报告）

直肠癌手术后的排尿、性机能障碍，主要是损伤了支配排尿、性机能器官的盆腔交感副交感神经引起的。我们直视下避开上述神经实施直肠癌根治术１００例。术后排尿机能；使拔除尿管的时间比一般性根治术提前了５～１０天，３个月后检查，残余尿量、排尿量、最小尿意、最大原意基本接近正常人。性机能：８０％保存射精机能，８５％以上保存勃起机能，明显优于同期行扩大根治术的病人。只要病灶尚局限在肠壁，又无明显转移性肿大淋巴结者，均可实施保存神经的直肠癌根治术。

he postoperative dysfunction of urination and sexual function are caused primarily by injuring the pelvic sympathetic or parasympathetic nerves dominating the organs of urination and sexual function。A void ing damage above mentioned nerves,we performed 100 cases of the radical operation of rectal cancer,Post Operative urinary function:Extracting the urinary tube were 5 7days earlier than the conventional radical oporation。After 3 months,the examination results indicated that the residual urine volume,the amount of urination,the minimal and maximal uriesthesis were nearly close to a normal body。Sexual function:80% of the cases preserved djacula tory function:more lhan 85%us were capable of erection,These results cvere better then the convontional radical operation。Those all could undergo this sort of surgical operation so long as the focus localized on intestinal wall and,nonlymphatic metastasis。
